Atlanta law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP congratulates Abe J. Schear, partner and co-chair of the
firm's real estate practice group, on his induction as a Fellow into the American College of Real
Estate Lawyers. Established in 1978, membership to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
is extended, by invitation only, to those attorneys with established real estate law expertise,
high professional standards and who have a minimum of 10 years experience in real estate law.
Mr. Schear has extensive experience in lease drafting and lease negotiations, representing numerous large developers focused on retail, office and industrial properties. He also works with several national retail tenants and landlords, negotiating leases throughout the country in mixed-use projects, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, family centers and other specialized projects. Additionally, Mr. Schear is heavily involved in facilitating cross border investment through his work with Arnall Golden Gregory's Israel Team.
