Diversity needs to work for everyone for it to be truly successful. It needs to work for customers, companies, employees and managers. The fair question to ask is, “ Is diversity working for everyone the best it can?”.

This is an important question that needs to be asked and, more importantly, needs to be examined and answered by leading diversity executives.
