For the sixth year in a row, Atlanta ranked third in the nation among cities with the most FORTUNE
500 headquarters, according to FORTUNE magazine released April 30, 2007. Twenty-two companies
headquartered in metro Atlanta are ranked among the latest FORTUNE 1,000 companies, with 13 among
the FORTUNE 500.
